Shipping Time
We are cooperating with DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT, ARMX, CNEXPS, DPD, DPEX, EMS, etc. We always use the most appropriate shipping method that can be tracked online, but the exact delivery company is random by country and the shipping method you choose. Here are our shipping methods for your reference.

- Sea freight shipping is available for orders over 100kg. Please contact us if needed.
- If you need to change the shipping address after shipping, a handling fee will be charged by the shipping company. This extra fee will be on your own. Please do contact us before shipping if you need to change the address.
Shipping Method
There are two shipping methods (standard and expedited) you can choose on the checkout page. We are cooperating with DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT, ARMX, CNEXPS, DPD, DPEX, etc. to ship the order to the globe.
- Please contact us if you need urgent service or need to arrange a delay delivery.
- We choose the shipping company according to the most preferential price for different countries and regions. An extra fee might be charged if the designated express company is not within the scope of our cooperation.
- We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
- We are not liable for the cost on changing the address.
Labeling
By default, dresses are shipped with plain lanyard labels and do not feature the Brydealo brand label. However, we support private labeling options. If you wish to add the Brydealo label or opt for private labeling, please contact us directly or leave a note specifying your preference during the ordering process.
Package
In order to save your shipping cost, your ordered items will be compressed and packed with water proof bag. If you need special packing for your order, please DO contact us to check details before placing order. Extra fee will be charged accordingly.
Ship From
All items will be shipped from our factory in China.
CUSTOMS DUTY
In consideration of our customers’ benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, that customs duty is out of our control. We can’t guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee.
- Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your customs needs it.
- If your orders will be shipped to the UK and the EU, you will need to provide us VAT or EORI Number (Economic Operator Registration and Identification Number) as your customs require.
